A child of an estate leaver dies before or at the same time with the estate leaver.

According to the Civil Code in 2015:
“Article 652. Inheritance by substitution
In case a child of an estate leaver dies before or at the same time with the estate leaver, the grandchildren of the estate leaver are entitled to inherit the part of the estate that their parent would have inherited if he is still alive; if the grandchildren also die before or at the same time with the estate leaver, the great grandchildren of the estate leaver are entitled to inherit the part of the estate that their parent would have inherited if he is still alive
Example:
Mr. A and Mrs. B have three children named C, D, and E.
C died before Mr. A and Mrs B. C have no children.
D died before Mr. A and Mrs B. D has a child whose name is F.
E died at the same time with Mr. A and Mrs. B. E has a child whose name is G. G died before E. G has two children named H and I.
Pursuant to Article 652 of the Civil Code in 2015, F is entitled to inherit the part of the estate that D would have inherited if D is still alive. H and I are entitled to inherit the part of the estate that E would have inherited if E is still alive.
